Women Not As Corrupt As Men Due To Gender Role In Corruption – Peter Obi
Peter Obi, the candidate for president of the Labour Party in 2023, has stated that gender plays a role in corruption.
He asserts that women are less corrupt than men.
The former governor of Anambra State said on the Honest Bunch Podcast that women are more determined to see society improve because they are focused on their families.
He claimed that while he was governor, he placed women in key positions.
Women commit fewer crimes. Men are more corrupt than they are. Additionally, they are more determined to see things work because they have families.
Obi stated, “When I was governor, my Chief of Staff, commissioners for Education, and commissioners for planning were all women.”
