Peter Obi Urges Youths To Keep Hope Alive On Nigeria

The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) for the 2023 general election, Peter Obi, has called on the youths to remain determined and never give up on Nigeria.

Obi, in a post on his official X handle, spoke to young Nigerians at the Social Media Fest (SMFest) in Owerri on Sunday.

DAILY POST reports that SMFest is a platform that teaches audiences how to harness the power of technology, social media and innovation to advance their businesses, brands and causes by providing ideas, exposure and insights that will help people and businesses understand how to do business and reap the full benefits of digitalisation.

The former Anambra State governor, while acknowledging that Nigeria is going through difficult times, encouraged the youths to persevere and persist, stressing that those who continue on the path even in difficult times will succeed.

“Yes, Nigeria is currently going through difficult times but we the elders are drawing strength from the passion of the younger generation. “And we say: Don’t give up!

Whether in business, professional development, education or politics, never give up.

“In life there will be obstacles in your way but remain resolute.

If necessary, take a step back and rethink your strategy, evolve and come back stronger,” he tweeted.
