Israel Deliberately Targeting Medics In Lebanon

Since the outbreak of hostilities, over 100 medical personnel have lost their lives in Lebanon, leading to significant consequences.

Hospitals in southern Lebanon and frontline medical centers have been forced to close, with at least 40 shutting down since October 8 due to Israeli airstrikes occurring too close to their facilities, making it unsafe for doctors and staff to continue operations.

This means that out of 137 hospitals along the 120km border, at least 40 are no longer functioning.

As a result, frontline emergency services are under immense strain, and medical staff feel they are being intentionally targeted, similar to the attacks on medical facilities in Gaza by Israeli forces.
