Femi Adebayo Reacts As ‘Jagun Jagun’ Bags 12 Nominations
Femi Adebayo’s epic Yoruba film, ‘Jagun Jagun’, which is a Netflix Original, has received twelve nominations for the 2024 Best of Nollywood Awards (BON).
The film is nominated in several categories, including Best Indigenous Film, Best Supporting Actor, Director of the Year, Best Use of Makeup, Best Cinematography, Best Costume, Best Actor, Best Sound, Best Soundtrack, Best Production Design, Best Special Effects, and Best Actress.
In a viral post on his X account on Saturday, the thrilled actor shared his excitement about the film’s achievements.
“Wow Guys! We’ve done it Again !! I’m thrilled to announce that JAGUN JAGUN – THE WARRIOR (a Netflix Original Movie) has been nominated for Twelve (12) Awards at the 2024 BON Awards.”
This announcement follows the film’s earlier recognition, as it received seven nominations at the 2024 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) just days prior.
