Erdogan Of Turkey Calls Israel A ‘Zionist Terrorist Organisation’
Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan referred to Israel as a “Zionist terrorist organization” in response to its actions in Gaza and Lebanon, while also criticizing Western nations, particularly the United States, for their support of Israel.
“History will never forgive those who support the monster responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinian children, women, and civilians,” Erdogan stated.
During a speech to members of his ruling AK Party in parliament, he noted that recent cross-border exchanges of fire between Israel and Iran have increased the likelihood of a regional conflict.
“In light of the current situation in our region, we believe it is essential to engage in more dialogue and seek reconciliation,” he added.
