Tragic As Kaduna-Based Cleric, Rev. Azzaman David, Dies In Road Crash

Rev. Azzaman David, a respected pastor based in Kaduna and the lead minister of The King Worship Chapel and Ministry, has passed away. He lost his life in a road accident on Saturday while returning to Kaduna from Makurdi in Benue State.
His death was confirmed by Rev. John Joseph Hayab, the Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in the 19 Northern States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. In his statement, he described the incident as a significant loss to the Christian community.
According to him, “Evangelist Azzaman was a bold preacher, a staunch defender of the Christian faith, and a strong voice for persecuted Christians. His life and ministry reflected deep spiritual conviction, courage, and a relentless pursuit of truth and justice.”
He added, “Kaduna has lost a true servant of Christ. Evangelist Azzaman fearlessly spoke against oppression and was a unifying figure across Christian denominations. His prophetic voice and mentorship touched many lives.”
While acknowledging the great loss, CAN expressed hope that Azzaman has completed his divine mission and now rests in the glory of Christ. The organisation offered heartfelt condolences to his family, congregation, and all who were impacted by his ministry, praying for comfort and strength during this time of sorrow.
“May his soul rest in peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire faith and bravery among believers,” CAN stated.
