Saudi Arabia Blasts Netanyahu Over Comment To Relocate Palestianians To The Kingdom

Saudi Arabia has blasted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for his proposal to use Saudi land for the creation of a Palestinian state.
In a statement released on Sunday, the Saudi Foreign Ministry accused Netanyahu of trying to “distract attention” from Israel’s ongoing “crimes” in Gaza, which include “ethnic cleansing.”
The ministry emphasized that the Palestinian people have a rightful claim to their land and are not outsiders or immigrants who can be expelled at the whim of the harsh Israeli occupation.
Netanyahu’s comments came after an interviewer on Israel’s Channel 14 mistakenly referred to a “Saudi state” instead of a “Palestinian state.”
