Godwin Ubaka Okeke, commonly known as GUO, is a well-known Nigerian billionaire and transportation expert, recognized as the owner of the renowned GUO Transport company.

GUO was born on June 6, 1949, in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria.

The Beginning:

The day after the Civil War, he visited Onitsha to assess his father’s property. On his return, he noticed many people in need of transportation to reach their destinations. Driving his father’s Peugeot, he offered rides to eight passengers, taking them to Enugu for a fare of £1.00. After dropping them off, he picked up another group of eight and transported them to Anambra. This experience revealed to him the profitability of the transportation business, prompting him to pursue it.

Today, his transport company stands as one of the leading firms in the country.
