Karya Kazaure Ke Yi, Biliyan N370.89 Aka Karba Na Haraji Daga 2016 Zuwa Yau – Emefiele

A karshe gwamnan babban bankin Najeriya, Godwin Emefiele, ya yi magana kan zargin da ake yiwa babban bankin kasar na hana tiriliyan N89 daga kudaden shiga na haraji.

Gwamnan a ranar Talata ya bayyana mamakin shi cewa za a yi irin wannan tattaunawa idan aka yi la’akari da girman tsarin banki.

Ya ce a yayin taron kwamitin tsare-tsare na kudi, adadin da aka ce ya yi yawa fiye da jimillar kadarorin da ake samu a bangaren bankunan kasar nan.

Shugaban babban bankin ya bayyana cewa an tara biliyan N370.89 tsakanin shekarar 2016 zuwa yau.

Emefiele ya ce, “tiriliyan N89 na da yawa. Jimillar kadarorin da ke harkar banki idan kun fahimci lissafin kudi kusan tiriliyan N71 Jimillar ajiya na tsarin banki tiriliyan N44.49. To, ta yaya za a iya cewa harajin ya zama tiriliyan N89 yayin da ajiyar bankunan take tiriliyan N44.49.

“Don haka, da abin ya zama labari a ko’ina, sai muka shiga cikin bayanan mu, muka ce wa Bankin Supervision, Tsarin Biyan Kuɗi na Banki da mu shiga cikin tsarin mu fitar da jimillar adadin da aka tara a kan harajin daga 2016 zuwa yau.

Martanin martani ne ga wani dan majalisar wakilai, Mista Muhammed Kazaure, wanda ya yi ikirarin cewa Emefiele ya wawure makudan kudaden da suka kai naira tiriliyan N89 da ake zargin sun tara ga tarayya.

Kazaure ya yi zargin a cikin watan Disambar bara cewa kimanin tiriliyan N89.1 ne aka gano a cikin tarin N50 Stamp duty da kuma cajin banki daga duk wata hada-hadar da ta kai sama da N2,000 tsakanin 2017 da 2020 da ta ajiye a CBN, ta bata.

Kazaure ya kuma yi ikirarin cewa, an kuma gano cewa bankin na CBN na karbar wani Naira 100 daga duk wata ciniki da ya haura Naira 5,000, inda kudaden da ake samu suna shiga asusu masu zaman kan su, inda bankin koli da kuma bankunan kasuwanci 27 na kasar nan suka raba kashi 60:40.

A cewar dan majalisar, tsakanin Afrilu 2017 lokacin da aka bude asusun I&E Window, da Afrilu 2000, kudaden da aka samu daga harajin da kuma cajin banki daga hada-hadar kasuwanci a Forex ya kai kusan dala biliyan N171.

Ban fahimci yadda babban bankin kasar ya fara tilasta wa bankuna a shekarar 2016 karbar harajin ba saboda muna jin wata hanyar samar da kudaden shiga ne. Ta yaya wancan Babban Bankin zai fara rike tiriliyan N89. Ya fi karfin tunanin mu cewa irin wadannan gardama za su iya zuwa.

“Mu a babban bankin kasa mun ce za mu ci gaba da neman shi. Me muka yi? Mun sa hannu kan manyan kamfanoni hudu na tantancewa, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Ernst & Young da Deloitte don zuwa bankunan da yin binciken kwakwaf na duk harajin.

“Watakila a lokacin da suka kwaikwayi adadin hada-hadar, za su gani kuma idan akwai wani harajin da ba a karba ba, za mu tilasta wa bankunan da suka biya zuwa dinari daya na karshe.”
