Gwamna Fintiri Ya Ƙalubalanci Buhari Ya Faɗi Sunan Gwamnoni Masu Sace Kuɗin Ƙananan Hukumomi

Gwamnan jihar Adamawa, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, ya kalubalanci shugaban kasa Muhammadu Buhari da ya bayyana sunayen gwamnonin jihohi, wadanda ke karkatar da kudaden kananan hukumomi, kamar yadda gwamnatin shi ta yi zargin.

Buhari ya bayyana a cikin jawabin shi ga mahalarta taron da kuma mambobin babban darasi na 44 (2022) na National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) a fadar shugaban kasa, Abuja, cewa wasu gwamnoni suna sace kudaden kananan hukumomi.

Fintiri ya kuma caccaki Buhari, kan shugabancin kungiyar da gwamnatin tarayya ta kasance mafi girman laifin tafka magudi ta hanyar karkatar da kudaden da aka ware ba bisa ka’ida ba da kuma cire kudaden da aka ware wa Jihohi da Kananan Hukumomi a karkashin tsarin tarayya.

Yace, “Shugaba Buhari yace wasu gwamnonin jihohi suna da dabi’ar karkatar da kudaden kananan hukumomi, amma kamar yadda takwarori na a karkashin kungiyar gwamnonin Najeriya ke neman shugaban kasa, ya fadi gwamnonin jihohin, ni ma ina kalubalantar shi da ya fada ya fitar Gwamnonin Jihohin da ke cikin irin wannan aika aika domin kare mutuncin shi da kuma yaki da cin hanci da rashawa.

“Haka zalika, ina kalubalantar shi, idan har ya zama dole mu kaddamar da yakin yaki da cin hanci da rashawa domin gyara kundin tsarin mulkin kasar nan domin raba ofishin Akanta Janar na Gwamnatin Tarayya da kuma Akanta Janar na Tarayya.

Gwamna Fintiri ya yi wannan kiran ne a lokacin da yake jawabi, a garin Jada, mahaifar dan takarar shugaban kasa na jam’iyyar PDP, tsohon mataimakin shugaban kasa, Atiku Abubakar, a lokacin yakin neman zaben shugaban kasa da na gwamna na jam’iyyar PDP na jihar Adamawa a karamar hukumar.

A wajen taron, mataimakin shugaban jam’iyyar PDP na kasa na Arewa, Iliya Damagun, Barista Tahir Shehu, shugaban jam’iyyar PDP na jihar Adamawa, ya karbi wasu sama da 15,000 da suka sauya sheka daga jam’iyyar adawa ta All Progressive Congress da sauran jam’iyyun siyasa, a jihar, zuwa PDP.
