Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum paid a visit to the home of renowned business magnate Alhaji Aminu Dantata yesterday, Wednesday, December 02, 2025.
The governor took the opportunity to express gratitude for his visit to Borno during the flood disaster and for the donation of 1 billion Naira, which was made during the September floods that devastated Borno state, and Maiduguri in particular.
The people of Borno also express gratitude to Alhaji Aminu Dantata for his year-round humanitarian efforts to help those in need.
Alhaji Aminu Dantata’s greatest friend, Alhaji Mai Deribe of Blessed Memories, who was a son of Borno/Yobe and one of the greatest pillars in modern history, is always remembered by the people of Borno/Yobe whenever we see him.
