Controversial reality TV personality Deeone has made a significant revelation, admitting that he deliberately orchestrated his involvement in the Honest Bunch podcast to confront social media commentator Verydarkman (VDM) through the use of Nedu.
This disclosure emerged following a public dispute between Verydarkman and Deeone, revolving around allegations concerning Verydarkman’s relationships with men, leading to Nedu’s departure from the show.
During an interview on TVC’s TV Breakfast Show, Deeone confessed that Nedu had no knowledge of his plan, which ultimately led to the radio presenter’s controversial exit from the Honest Bunch podcast.
In his own words: “To be honest, I want to tell the truth. I set a trap for Verydarkman using Nedu. It was all my plan, but Nedu was unaware. If I had revealed it on social media, I would have been accused of seeking attention, but I needed a platform. After months of preparation, I wanted to test Verydarkman’s authenticity. While he is right on certain matters, sometimes he rushes to conclusions and manipulates everyone.”
Deeone mentioned that even Nedu would be surprised by this revelation, as he purposely kept his scheme hidden to avoid any resistance.
“Nedu would be surprised because if I had informed him, he would not have agreed due to their friendship. That’s why I regret it and urged people not to let him lose his job. I used Nedu as a lure to catch the fish, and it worked perfectly.”
When asked if he regretted Nedu losing his job, Deeone expressed that he did not anticipate Nedu becoming a casualty of his carefully planned strategy; he found it unfortunate to witness such an outcome.
“I did not anticipate Nedu losing his job, and I genuinely feel sorry and remorseful about that,” he expressed.
